Shipping

In stock items will typically ship the same day for domestic orders as long as payment was made before 2pm EST. Otherwise, the order will ship the following business day. In the event that we do not have the item in stock, the item may be dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer which in some cases may take as long as 1-3 business days. If the manufacturer does not have the item in stock, we will contact you with an ETA.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email provided during check-out. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update. International orders may take extra days to process. For some international destinations, tracking number will not display any information. We only ship to billing addresses, if your billing and shipping address do not match we may contact you.

Free shipping is via USPS First Class mail for smaller items (eg. valve seals, valve pushers, keepers) or USPS Priority Mail for larger or more expensive products (eg. valve spring compressor, pistons, clutch components).

 

Returns

We stand behind our products and if you're not satisfied with our products or service, we want to make it right. You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within three to five business days of us receiving the package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Restrictions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any part that (in our opinion) was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer.

  • Custom ordered parts.

  • Any product that appears to have been used, unless there is a valid warranty issue.

Return process

  1. Contact us with your order number and details
  2. Pack your product securely in a USPS Priority box

  3. Include a copy of your invoice/order slip

  4. Attach the shipping label and send it off

  5. Send email with tracking to contact@euroexportinc.com
